Distribution Centre (DC) Ecser is situated close to Budapest and shall provide a base for JYSK shop supply in the region. In addition to Hungary, this distribution centre will also deliver products to JYSK stores in Croatia, Slovenia, and Slovakia.
The plan includes a logistics areas of just over 153000 m2 and an office space of around 4400 m2. All this is located on a 25.6 hectare site.
Тhe administration building is two-storey. On the ground floor general social functions are placed: changing rooms, toilets, canteen, a space for future cooking kitchen. On the first floor are placed traditional offices and meeting rooms, break spaces and reception desk for JYSK Hungary’s local head office and DC Administration. A nice atrium links together the two stories.
