“Lipite” Housing Development, Sofia, Bulgaria
The residential buildings are part of the new housing development “Lipite”, situated in the southern area of Sofia with a direct view of Vitosha Mountain. The buildings feature 157 residences, including one-, two- and three-bedroom units and a common courtyard. The ground floor of the six-storey building is mainly occupied by shops. Residents’ cars for the whole complex are stored in underground car parks beneath the plot. The courtyard is designed only for residents, with green areas and playgrounds.
